Objectives of Parwan University
All strategic programs of Parwan University have been formulated and selected based on the operational priorities of the country's Ministry of Higher Education. This approach ensures that Parwan University advances in step with other higher education institutions across the nation regarding the development of its programs, the provision of quality educational services, research and administrative matters, and the enhancement of its standing among peer institutions. The specific objectives are outlined below:
1.Developing academic and research programs;
2.Expanding publication activities and increasing the output of scholarly articles;
3.Improving administration and leadership, developing systems, and completely eradicating corruption;
4.Developing and revising the curriculum in alignment with societal needs;
5.Enhancing quality and academic standing;
6.Developing academic capabilities, advancing education and research, and establishing an effective incentive system to boost motivation and productivity;
7.Developing technology systems and e-learning capabilities;
8.Improving and equipping physical infrastructure and educational facilities;
9.Expanding memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with domestic and international organizations;
10.Increasing student enrollment in Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs;
11.Expanding support services and cultural and sports facilities to foster student talent;
12.Improving financial management, increasing revenue sources, and securing effective funding to achieve the university's goals.
