A new performance evaluation method workshop was introduced to Parwan University employees.

Today April 10, 2021 a workshop was introduced to introduce a new performance evaluation method.

 A one-day workshop introducing the new evaluation and performance worksheet was held this morning in the presence of Mr. Mohammad Homayoun Rasouli, President of Parwan University, deputies, and employees of the administrative unit.

The workshop was explained by the Department of Human Resources of the Ministry of Higher Education, led by the capacity building teacher, a colleague of the Department of Human Resources Development of the Ministry of Higher Education.

In this program, topics such as:

1- Introducing the effectiveness of evaluation according to the new procedure

2- Distributing questionnaires before learning the educational program

3- Message from the General Director of the Civil Service Department

4- Presenting information presentation

5 - Distribution of his sample forms

Distributing questionnaires, creating question and answer opportunities, and group work were other parts of this workshop.

It is worth noting that it takes a week for the same program by the expert section

The Department of Administrative Reform and Civil Services of Parwan Province was also introduced to the employees of the administrative unit.
