The library of Parwan University was established in 1341 within the framework of teacher training. In 2002, when he was promoted from the Parwan Institute of Pedagogy to the Institute of Higher Education, the library was replaced in a classroom until 2002. Previously, this scientific treasure was not suitable for any new system. Were reset under a modern (Dewey) system. In 1390, the library of Parwan University was transferred from a classroom in a separate building, and in 1397, this library was transferred to the basement of the block of the Faculty of Economics, which is still in the same block. The basement has a public vestibule, a management office, a bookcase, a reading room for girls, a reading room for men and a reading room for professors. In order to better coordinate and coordinate the affairs of the library, an administrative unit called General Library Management is included in the formation of the university.
The library of Parwan University is equipped with four computers connected to the Internet so that professors and students can receive their research topics from the electronic library. Parwan University Library is open for clients and users every day in the first six months of the year from 7:30 am to 7 pm and in the second six months of the year from 8 am to 6:30 pm, except for holidays and Fridays.
