Afghan Sister city Program Between Parwan & Helmand Province of Afghanistan

After lunch today, Tuesday, the 8th Decmber 2020, in the office of the governor of Parwan province,had an introductory meeting with the deputy governor of Helmand and a number of sectoral leaders of that province.
 

According to the guidance of the High President, an inter-city memorandum of understanding is to be established between the cities of Afghanistan with the aim of exchanging ideas, ethnic and cultural commonalities, successful and fruitful ideas in different sectors. Has been.
The meeting was held in the office of General Fazluddin Ayar, Governor of Parwan Province, which was attended by the Chancelo of Parwan Provincial Council, heads of departments, including the Honorable Mohammad Homayoun Rasuli, chancellor of Parwan University.
